Mardi Gras season has come and gone, and for many in South Louisiana, that means it’s time to lean into all things seafood, especially crawfish. This weekend, we’re bringing your crawfish cravings to life with our rich, comforting Crawfish Fettuccine. Made with a blond‑roux Mornay sauce and Havarti cheese, it carries just the right touch of Cajun spice, bright red bell pepper, and a whisper of fresh jalapeƱo. We suggest pairing it with an Arneis, with fresh, lively acidity that beautifully balances the dish’s creamy richness.


If weekends are your moment to indulge, try our new Chocolate Old Fashioned, crafted with 1792 Small Batch Bourbon and chocolate bitters, served over a single large ice block. It’s the kind of cocktail that can kick off your evening or ease you gently into its final sips.


Join us in our dining room, where soft lamp light sets the stage for a romantic dinner for two or an elevated night out with friends. With highs in the upper 70s, this weekend is also shaping up to be ideal for patio dining. On Friday, enjoy the ambient, eclectic jazz of Oil Center Review, and on Saturday, Jill Butler’s upbeat, jazzy piano. As always, the music drifts easily between the patio and the Blu Room, so you can settle in wherever you feel most at home. And don’t forget that on Saturdays we now open at 3pm, giving you even more time to relax into the evening.
