Fall has finally RSVP’d to South Louisiana, and we’re rolling out the red carpet with a weekend special that sings of the season šŸ‚. Join us at Antoni’s Italian CafĆ© for a dish that’s as cozy as your favorite sweater: Pan-Seared Puppy DrumĀ nestled over a velvety purĆ©e of sweet potatoes, roasted garlic, and sage, paired with a vibrant salad of wild arugula, marinated cherry tomatoes, asparagus, red onions, and sesame seeds, all kissed by a gochujang vinaigrette.

šŸŒ¶ļø What’s gochujang?Ā This Korean chili paste brings a sweet, spicy, and umami-rich punch, with hints of molasses and smoke—a perfect contrast to the earthy sweetness of the purĆ©e and the peppery greens.


šŸ· Wine pairing tip: We’re spotlighting two stellar options this weekend:

  • Ceretto Arneis – A northern Italian white with stone fruit, almond, and floral notes, offering a soft counterpoint to the vinaigrette’s heat and a graceful match for the fish.

  • Louis Jadot Chablis – This unoaked Chardonnay from Burgundy delivers crisp green apple, lemon zest, and wet stone, enhancing the dish’s savory depth with a clean, elegant finish.


We’re also excited to introduce two new whiskeys to our lineup: Maker’s 46, with its toasted caramel and baking spice warmth, and Basil Hayden Dark Rye, a blend of Kentucky and Canadian Ryes with Port that brings dried fruit, oak, and a smooth finish.
