FROM THE OWNERS

Dear friends,

As we step into 2026, we’re grateful for the chance to welcome a brand‑new year—and even more grateful for the guests who have supported us through nearly three decades of service. Antoni’s will celebrate 30 years in business this year, and while the world around us has changed in more ways than we could have imagined, our purpose has never wavered: to provide exceptional service, thoughtful hospitality, and food made with care. It has been our honor to serve you, and we look forward to many more years of doing what we love.

To help ring in the new year with something delicious, we’re offering a weekend special beginning Friday at 5pm: Blackened Fresh Redfish topped with mushrooms and red peppers in a bright, silky lemon Dijon cream sauce. It’s a dish that feels celebratory without trying too hard—just the way we like to start a new chapter.

For pairings, we recommend a zesty Sauvignon Blanc or crisp Chablis to complement the citrus and spice, or a soft, fruit‑forward Chianti if you prefer something red to warm up the evening. (Psst > Have you tried our new Gabbiano Chianti Classico? It's exceptional flavor at a great price!) Either way, there’s a toast-worthy match waiting for the first weekend of ’26.

As we look ahead to our 30th anniversary, we want to express our sincere appreciation for your loyalty, your kindness, and the many memories shared around our tables. Cheers to a new year, new beginnings, and many more meals together.

We hope you’ll join us this weekend to celebrate—after all, starting the year off on a fin‑tastic note never hurt anyone.
