FROM THE OWNERS
Get ready to pucker up this weekend - a fresh catch we havenāt seen in a while is back on the menu.
Weāre serving fresh grilled Lemonfish, a meaty, mild-flavored favorite known around the world by many names. You might recognize it as āCobiaā or āLing,ā but whatever you call it, this is a fish worth savoring. Expect a mild, buttery, slightly citrusy flavor with a firm, flaky texture. Paired with spaghetti squash and a silky brown butter, this dish is a full-on adventure in texture and taste.
We recommend a glass of Chalk Hill Chardonnay or Louis Jadot Chablis to elevate your experience. Both are made from Chardonnay grapes and offer a lighter touch of oak, or none at all, giving you the richness you want without weighing down the brown butter sauce.
And speaking of puckering up⦠the day of romance is right around the corner. Now is the perfect time to reserve your table for Valentineās Day 2026. This year it falls on the Saturday before Mardi Gras, which means our dining room will be buzzing with festive, warm energy all weekend long. Weāre opening two hours earlier than usual, with reservations beginning at 3pm. Our most popular times of 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 are already filling quickly, but thereās still room if you book soon.
Valentineās Day and Mardi Gras will be here before we know it, and weāre loving the lively atmosphere as the excitement builds. Donāt miss out!
We'll see you when you get here.
