✨ We’re stirring up some serious summer magic with this week’s fish special: Pan-Seared Lane Snapper atop creamy white beans infused with gochujang-caramelized tomatoes and basil, crowned with charred asparagus spears. It’s a dish bursting with color, sunshine, and a little kick of the unexpected—like a vacation for your taste buds!

Never met gochujang? 🌶️ Allow us to introduce you. This bold Korean chili paste blends red pepper, fermented soybeans, glutinous rice, and salt into a savory-sweet-spicy umami bomb. Traditionally used to bring depth to stews, marinades, and sauces, it’s now dancing cheek-to-cheek with our Italian flavors—creating a dazzling, globally inspired plate that’s still right at home.

Sip-wise, our perfect pairings: 🍷 Sassoregale Vermentino – Bright and coastal, with notes of citrus, sage, and minerality that echo the dish’s herbaceous freshness and subtle heat like a breeze through a Tuscan garden. Or try something from the New World with Firesteed Pinot Gris - More textured than its Italian cousin, with pear, spice, and a touch of floral lift—perfect for the creamy-spicy contrast.

And now for some sweet (and bittersweet) news: this is your last weekend to snag a slice of our house-made Key Lime Cheesecake before it takes a seasonal siesta.
