FROM THE OWNERS

The sunny season is officially here, and we’re diving headfirst into its flavors at Antoni’s! This weekend, we’re spotlighting the beloved hamachi—also known as yellowtail or Japanese amberjack, a prized fish with a buttery, rich texture and a mild sweetness that melts in your mouth. We're serving it pan-seared and bathed in a luscious Dijon fish sauce and served alongside dill-roasted potatoes—pure summer bliss on a plate! To complement this elegant dish, we recommend a crisp and mineral-driven Louis Jadot Chablis for a refreshing Old World pairing, or a vibrant California Chardonnay, such as J. Lohr Riverstone or Cakebread, with just the right touch of oak to balance the richness.
As for dessert, don’t miss out—this is the last weekend to indulge in our decadent strawberry shortcake before we unveil June’s new star treat next week! And if you love lingering outdoors, our patio is thriving with lush greenery and bathed in balmy sunshine—perfect for sipping an Aperol or Limoncello spritz while soaking in the easy, breezy summer vibes.
Come raise a glass with us and celebrate the season’s best flavors—we can’t wait to welcome you! 🍽️☀️
