FROM THE OWNERS
Summer has officially clocked in, bringing those languid, humid days that slows everything down - and the rain doesn't help, either. But here at Antoni's, we say why should we turn down the hype? Turn down... for what?! TUNA.
In that spirit, this weekend we're serving a tender kale salad with hearty white beans, fresh acidity from lemon vinaigrette and red onions, all topped with a delicately seared fillet of Yellowfin Tuna. It's exactly the kind of dish that makes a muggy day feel a little more Mediterranean.

For a perfect wine pairing, we suggest either our Tuscan Vermentino or Provence Rose. Sassoregale Vermentino - from the sea-kissed Maremma region - brings white stone fruits, Italian herbs and sea salt, a fresh complement to the briny feta and beautiful sear on the tuna.

To play off the acidity of the vinaigrette, try our rose - Studio by Miraval. This one serves as a crisp palate cleanse to the buttery tuna texture.
Finish your meal with our newest dessert of the month - Limoncello Cheesecake! Nothing pairs better with summer afternoons and a cup of coffee than this sweet treat. Enjoy it all through the month of June.
We invite you to turn up with us this weekend and transform those rainy-day blues into fresh weekend energy!
We'll see you when you get here!
