Greetings, friends!

The weekend is almost here, and you know what that means. It's time to tempt your tastebuds with our latest special. This time, you’ll have two chances to enjoy it, because we’re serving it for two weeks in a row! With Chef Kanen taking a well‑earned break, we’ll be featuring his JUMBO crab cakes this weekend and all next week. The recipe is a closely guarded secret, but you’ll have plenty of opportunities to try and decode it yourself. Served over capellini with a delicate Dijon cream sauce and bright capers, this dish is the treat you didn’t know you needed.

Try this dish with either of our two Sauvignon Blancs, though we particularly love how the Wairau River from New Zealand highlights the flavors. Explore something even crisper with the elegant Louis Jadot Chablis. Either way, a white wine is the perfect match.

And don’t forget dessert! This is your last weekend to enjoy our Blackberry Tiramisu before it takes a bow for the season. We may unveil our newest dessert this weekend… but you’ll have to join us to find out what it is. Until then, savor Blackberry Tiramisu one more time before it packs its bags until next year.
