FROM THE OWNERS
This weekend we're blowing out the candles on our 30th year of business! And what a long, strange, wonderful trip it's been. On June 13th, 1996, Bruce and Lynda Cart opened the doors of their combined venture, blending years of experience in restaurants with a passion for pizza and Northern Italian cuisine. Many of their scratch recipes carry on to this day, and we have been lucky enough to carry the torch for the past 13 years, ushering Antoni's Italian Cafe into its pearl anniversary year. Ah, the place must run itself by now, you say? Sadly, no. It was always a labor of love, with highs and lows and plenty of changes that required adaptability, patience and a bit of grit.
Here we are, still smiling - thirty, flirty and thriving. We have an excellent team in the front of house who embodies our mission of hospitality, and our kitchen crew takes pride in creating the original recipes everyone has come to know and love. At thirty, we are hitting our stride.

This weekend to celebrate our birthday we're welcoming you to toast with us! As we do every year, mention "Happy Birthday to Antoni's" at your table to enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco and say cheers to 30 years. Additionally, we've made some special merch for the occasion. We have commemorative enamel pins and stickers available while supplies last. Also remember that we are still offering 50% off any item from our Starters menu (with a purchase of $25 or more) through the end of June.

One of Eli's favorite memories of Antoni's is before we even worked here, dining out in the evening and enjoying a bottle of wine with a Luciano pizza, our go-to back in the day. One of my favorite memories is from those few months before we opened under our ownership in 2013, checking off the requirements to get our permits and gearing up to run our very own place, which had been, and still is, a dream come true. It wasn't exactly a walk in the park at the time, but looking back there was something magical about the possibilities, and making it happen together. To this day our favorite part of owning Antoni's is the relationships we build with our guests, like welcoming visitors to our home every day.
Have some special Antoni's memories of your own? We'd love to know about them!

Now we shine a spotlight on our weekend special, and fresh chanterelles are the star of the show. Not only do they have excellent health benefits, but chanterelles are also some of the
tastiest mushrooms in the culinary world. Paired with lovingly-handmade cavatelli pasta, briny caper brown butter, and nutty sunflower seed puree, this dish is a burst of flavors. Try it with a glass of our Louis Jadot Chablis for a refined pairing that will highlight the earthiness of the mushrooms without overpowering them.
We're looking forward to a milestone weekend, and we can't wait to welcome you back to our dining room.
We'll see you when you get here!
