FROM THE OWNERS

Our 30th year of business is this year, and recently Ms. Lynda stopped by with a treasure trove of old photos and menus from the Antoni’s early days. What a special trip down memory lane that was! Even though I didn’t join the team until 2008, those snapshots brought back the era of red tablecloths, the green garden mural, and the old L‑shaped bar... a reminder of just how far this little cafĆ© has come.

Throughout the year, Eli and I will be sharing moments from the Antoni’s journey, from Bruce and Lynda Cart’s original ownership through our own tenure beginning in 2013. We may even sprinkle in a few fun promotions along the way, so keep an eye on your inbox and our social channels for updates.

Chef Kanen's crispy-skinned Brown Trout is sure to bring out the crowds this weekend, so we encourage you to make your reservation now. Brown troutĀ has a mild, delicately earthy flavor with a touch more richness than rainbow trout. The flesh is tender and flaky, with a subtle nuttiness that comes from its cold‑water habitat and natural diet. It’s not ā€œfishyā€ at all, but more like a buttery white fish with a slightly deeper, savory undertone. When you crisp the skin, that contrast of crackle plus the tender interior is what makes brown trout such a sleeper hit for people who think they ā€œdon’t like trout.ā€

As we head into the warmer months, we’re refreshing our wine list with a few new bottles that lean into those summer vibes, including bright Sauvignon Blancs, lively Barbera d’Asti, and more. To make room, we’re offering several current selections at excellent prices. Try Cakebread Chardonnay, normally $90, for just $50. We’re also closing out Ferrari‑Carano Merlot and a handful of other favorites pictured here. It’s the perfect moment to explore something new and enjoy a little savings while you're at it.

We'll see you when you get here!
