This weekend, our special dish takes center stage: Pan-Seared Fresh Tilefish in an Almond Bread Sauce, served with Sous Vide Yukon Gold Coin Potatoes and finished with a Light Salad of Blood Oranges, Almonds, Mint, and Feta Cheese in a Blood Orange Vinaigrette. For a heartier option, you can add delicate capellini to the dish—a perfect pairing for the rich yet refreshing flavors. Every bite will transport you to Italy, where the tradition of "scarpetta" invites diners to savor every drop of sauce with bread, honoring the essence of a good meal.
