Blackberry Tiramisu

Ladyfingers soaked in Blackberry Syrup and layered with a Blackberry-infused Mascarpone Cream.

The weekend is almost here, and we’re inviting you to forget the sticky, steamy Louisiana heat for a moment and slip into the breezy, cool spirit of the Mediterranean with our seafood stew. It’s a Zen mentality we fully embrace, so close your eyes and picture yourself right here.

Now Cioppino isn't an original Italian creation, but we're showcasing it anyway. The Amalfi Coast is famous for its bright, briny seafood flavors, and that’s exactly the energy we’re channeling these days. Truth be told, Cioppino was born in San Francisco, where fishmongers would gather after long days at the wharf to enjoy a hearty bowl of seafood stew. We think you deserve that same reward.

Even if you can’t secure a reservation this weekend, our Blu Room is always open to you. Whether you’re waiting for your table in the main dining room or simply enjoying a cocktail before your next adventure, this first‑come, first‑served space is a blank canvas for your weekend.

We're also thrilled to welcome Jill Butler back to the Blu Room this Friday. If you haven't had the pleasure of enjoying her music before, now is your chance! She was recognized recently for her song "Halfway Up The Road" which reached the Number One position on the SmoothJazz.com Global Listener Countdown.
