The floodwaters are finally receding, and it’s time to paddle yourself down to Antoni’s for some weekend comfort food. Chef Kanen is serving up a down‑home dish that’s the perfect fusion of Cajun goodness and elevated Italian.

While a zesty white would definitely shine with this special, we’re leaning into a red - specifically our newest Pinot Noir, Bravium.

What makes it such a standout pairing? It’s that coastal

freshness you only get from Anderson Valley: cool‑climate brightness that lifts the vodka sauce and Romano cheese, low tannin that won’t overpower the crawfish, and red‑berry acidity that plays beautifully with the tomato in the sauce. Its silky texture, light body, and herbal elegance make this meticulously crafted pinot the finishing touch to your weekend food‑and‑wine experience.

With the rain lingering, it’s the perfect moment to re‑discover the Blu Room. Whether you’re sipping Bravium before dinner, treating yourself to dessert afterward, or simply relaxing without a plan, the Blu Room is your space to unwind. The wide windows bring in the beauty of the outdoors, without the humidity or raindrops, and the smooth jazz of Clint Jones on Friday and Jill Butler on Saturday sets the ideal backdrop for a gray evening.
