At Antoni’s, we’re making sure she has a night to remember with our weekend special: Pan-Seared Black Grouper, complemented by a rich Carrot Emulsion, Pesto, and a refreshing Arugula Salad with Almonds and Parmesan in a Sherry Vinaigrette.  🐟🥕 It’s a dish made for savoring, turning dinner into an experience she won’t forget.

To bring out the best in this feast, we suggest pairing it with a smooth and crisp Orvieto, an Italian white that enhances the fresh, vibrant flavors. Or try the classic Pinot Grigio, with light and refreshing acidity that pairs beautifully with seafood, enhancing the freshness of the dish while balancing the rich Carrot Emulsion and Pesto. If a cocktail is more her speed, the Negroni Sbagliato is a bubbly twist on the classic Negroni, perfect for celebrating.
