School is back in session, the heat has waned a teensy-weensy bit (the past few days anyway), and it is time to come out like Diana Ross. In fact, that should be your theme song this weekend because who would want to miss this weekend special? We have fresh live lobster prepared deliciously "casino"-style with crispy prosciutto, butter, breadcrumbs and cheese. Pair that with a fresh side salad or side of grilled asparagus and you won't need help coming out of your shell and into the weekend.
It's the perfect opportunity to sample our newest sparkling wine, Cantina di Carpi
'NotteRosa.' This delicious brut rosƩ is perfect for the heat of August and September and pairs well with seafood and small bites. Hailing from Emilia-Romagna region in Italy, the name is inspired by the special "pink night" festival during the summer which celebrates art, culture and friendship.
This is the final weekend to taste our dessert of the month - have you tried it yet? The Orange Upside Down Cake has been a crowd pleaser, and the perfect little bite to end your meal or embrace a balmy afternoon. Stay tuned for the September dessert, debuting next week!
