Greetings from our little corn‑er of the Oil Center, friends!

It’s been a wonderfully busy week here at Antoni’s as we’ve celebrated graduations of every kind. From kindergarten to 8th grade, high school to college, we’re honored that so many of you choose Antoni’s to mark life’s sweetest milestones.

This weekend, we’re serving up a corn‑tastic special—but don’t let the playful theme fool you. The true stars of the dish are the jumbo lump crabmeat and our handmade cavatelli. As you know, we’re all ears when it comes to your feedback, and many of you have shared your love for a heartier, more “blunt” pasta shape rather than a long, thin noodle. Consider yourselves buttered up: Chef Kanen has crafted beautiful cavatelli in‑house, designed for the perfect bite. Prepared al dente and paired with a creamy corn‑and‑crab sauce, this dish brings together sweet and salty in one irresistible bowl.

For those following the progress of our Robert Dafford mural for the Blu Room—arriving just in time for our 30th anniversary in June—here’s one more kernel of a preview:

As you can see, Mr. Dafford is currently developing

musician silhouettes, with plans to incorporate distinct imagery within each form. We’re thrilled to witness the evolution of this artwork and to share each step with our blog readers.

We have a graduate of our own this weekend! Those of you

who join us for lunch may know our server Garrett who has been with us for over two years now. Garrett is humble, kind, and a man of few words...which is why we just found out today that he is graduating from UL on Friday! (And also why we don't have a better picture of him.)

Congratulations Garrett!! We're so proud of you!
