The first day of spring arrives this weekend, and we’re leaning fully into the season with the things that make it irresistible - crawfish, fresh flowers, and a light‑bodied red to welcome the warmer days ahead.


Chef Kanen has been hard at work crafting handmade raviolis filled with a refined blend of crawfish, cheese, and fennel. They’re nestled into an étouffée built on the classic trinity and brightened with Roma tomatoes for just the right lift. The result is a comforting, elegant dish—little spring “eggs” tucked into a savory nest. You’ll find yourself reaching for extra bread to capture every last spoonful of sauce.


To pair with this special, our usual white wine

recommendations still shine - Arneis in particular - but this dish walks the line between rich and refreshing. For that reason, we’re featuring a new Pinot Noir available only this weekend. Bravium, from Anderson Valley in Northern California, is one of the most delicious pinots we’ve tasted lately. Its coastal influence and the winery’s commitment to wild yeasts and regenerative farming create a balanced, expressive wine that truly reflects its landscape. A glass of Bravium alongside this ravioli is a spring experience all its own.
