The holiday season is in full swing, and the Oil Center feels merry and bright. We hope

you’ve been enjoying the season so far—it’s a wonderful time to slow down, gather with loved ones, and savor the little joys that make this time of year so special.

This weekend, we’re bringing comfort to the table with a hearty cioppino stew, the kind of dish that warms you from the inside out. Served with toasted focaccia, it’s the perfect way to escape the chill in the air. To make it even better, we’ve added two new wines to our list: the lively Wairau River Sauvignon Blanc, with its zesty brightness and touch of fruit, and the beautifully balanced Chalk Hill Chardonnay, full-bodied and seamless in flavor.

Of course, the holidays wouldn’t be complete without a few reds to share. The Ferrari Carano Merlot carries cozy hints of maple, while the Austin Hope Paso Robles Cabernet is bold, fruity, and sure to please a crowd. And then there’s the Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon from Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars—a timeless Napa favorite, named for the goddess of the hunt, and crafted from the finest grapes.

For those celebrating without alcohol, we’ve thought of you too. Our Alcohol-Removed Prosecco by Mionetto is a sparkling choice for toasts, and our Spiced Cider Fizz—made with cinnamon syrup, apple cider, lemon, and soda—tastes just like apple pie in a glass.
