Fall is flirting with Lafayette, and we’re leaning all the way in—with a weekend special that’s truly the royal treatment.

👑This weekend, we’re serving up Pan-Seared Ora King Salmon nestled over tender summer squash and set in a velvety Pumpkin and Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce. It’s rich, regal, and ready to reign supreme on your plate.

But what makes Ora King salmon so majestic? Hailing from the pristine waters of New Zealand, Ora King is a specially bred variety of Chinook salmon, often called the “Wagyu of the Sea.”  With its deep orange hue, marbled fat, and buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture, it’s no wonder chefs around the world treat it like royalty. Sustainably raised and meticulously cultivated, it’s a fish that’s as noble in flavor as it is in origin.

If you're going for the gold this weekend, don’t forget the crown jewel of any feast—a fabulous bottle of wine. Our Justin Chardonnay brings just the right amount of subtle oak and stone fruit flavors, making it a dreamy match for that luscious Ora King salmon. Prefer to reign with red?
